FAQs
I'm new to aesthetics treatments — how do I know which one is right for me?
1
We completely understand that navigating the world of aesthetics can feel overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. That's why every new client at JPA begins with a thorough consultation before any treatment takes place. During this appointment, we'll take the time to understand your concerns, your goals, and your medical history — and from there, we'll recommend a personalised treatment plan that's safe, suitable, and realistic for you. There's never any pressure, and we'll always be completely transparent about what a treatment can and can't achieve.
Are your treatments safe, and what qualifications do your practitioners hold?
2
Your safety is our absolute priority. All treatments at JPA are carried out by fully qualified, insured aesthetic medical practitioners who undergo regular training to stay at the forefront of the industry. We use only clinically proven, reputable products and follow strict protocols at every stage — from consultation through to aftercare. We are also fully compliant with current aesthetic regulations and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. If you ever have questions about your treatment or practitioner, we're always happy to discuss these openly and honestly.
Do I need a medical background to enrol on your training courses?
3
Yes you do need a medical background to enrol on one of our training courses. We will need your pin number to be able to enrol you.
What kind of support will I receive after completing my training?
4
We believe that great training doesn't end when you leave the room. At JPA, we're committed to supporting our students beyond the classroom — because we know that starting out in aesthetics can raise questions that only real-world experience brings. Following your course, you'll have access to ongoing guidance from Julie for up to 6 weeks after via WA.
